Vendor Terms & Seller Guidelines – WowBazaar

Welcome to WowBazaar. This document outlines the rules and responsibilities for all vendors selling on our platform.

  1. Eligibility
    Vendors must be legally allowed to sell products in India and provide accurate business and contact information during registration.
  2. Vendor Responsibilities
    Vendors are responsible for:
  • Listing accurate product information
  • Maintaining correct pricing and stock
  • Ensuring product quality
  • Managing packaging, shipping, and delivery
  • Handling returns and refunds as per policy

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, vendors are responsible for collecting payment directly from the customer at the time of delivery.

Vendors must update the order status to “Completed” only after the product has been successfully delivered and the full payment has been collected from the customer.

WowBazaar’s commission on COD orders becomes payable once the order is marked as “Completed”.

Withdrawals for COD orders will not be processed until the applicable commission has been settled with WowBazaar.

WowBazaar reserves the right to withhold withdrawals, delay settlements, or suspend vendor accounts in cases of incorrect order status updates, delayed commission payments, or policy violations.

  1. Commission & Fees
    WowBazaar charges a commission on each successful order.
    Current standard commission: 10%
    Commission may be revised in the future with prior notice.
  2. Payments & Withdrawals
    Vendor earnings are calculated after order completion.
    Withdrawals are subject to platform rules, commission settlement, and minimum thresholds.
  3. Shipping & Delivery
    All vendors manage their own shipping.
    Delivery timelines and charges must be clearly communicated to customers.
  4. Prohibited Products
    Vendors must not sell:
  • Illegal or counterfeit items
  • Restricted or banned products
  • Offensive or misleading content
  1. Account Suspension
    WowBazaar reserves the right to suspend or terminate vendor accounts for policy violations, fraud, or repeated customer complaints.
  2. Platform Role
    WowBazaar acts as a marketplace facilitator and is not responsible for product quality, delivery delays, or vendor-specific issues.
  3. Updates to Policy
    These terms may be updated periodically. Vendors are responsible for reviewing updates.

🧾 Marketplace ka Role (Samajhna Zaroori Hai)

WowBazaar sirf ek marketplace platform hai.

  • WowBazaar koi bank nahi hai

  • WowBazaar aapke customers se COD cash collect nahi karta

  • Vendor apna business khud manage karta hai

👉 Iska matlab:

Dokan wallet sirf record / ledger hai, asli paisa nahi.

💰 Commission Rules (Mandatory)

  • Har order par 10% commission WowBazaar ka hota hai

  • Commission order value par calculate hota hai

  • Commission settle karna compulsory hai

❗ Bina commission settle kiye payout approve nahi hoga

🚚 Cash on Delivery (COD) – Bahut Important

COD orders ke liye rules thode strict hain:

1️⃣ Vendor product deliver karega
2️⃣ Vendor customer se cash collect karega
3️⃣ Order ko “Completed” mark karega
4️⃣ Vendor WowBazaar ka commission settle karega
5️⃣ Uske baad hi withdrawal approve hoga

❌ COD orders ka auto-withdrawal allowed nahi hai

👉 Simple words mein:

Pehle delivery → phir commission → phir payout

🧮 Dokan Wallet ka Matlab

  • Dokan wallet sirf calculation dikhata hai

  • Yeh real bank balance nahi hai

  • Is wallet ka paisa automatic withdraw nahi hota

👉 Final control Admin ke paas hota hai

🏦 Withdrawals ka Process

  • Sabhi withdrawals manual approval se honge

  • Admin commission settlement check karega

  • Agar commission pending hai → withdrawal reject ho sakta hai

❗ Har withdrawal admin ki approval ke baad hi milega

📦 Order Status Rules

  • “Processing” order = COD settled nahi mana jayega

  • Sirf “Completed” order ko hi settled maana jaata hai

  • Galat status mark karna policy violation hai

📦 COD Order Status Rule (Mandatory)

COD orders ke liye vendor sirf:
Processing → Completed
status follow karega.

Bina delivery ke “Completed” mark karna policy violation maana jayega.

⚠️ Galat Activities (Strictly Not Allowed)

  • Fake orders banana

  • Order bina delivery ke “Completed” mark karna

  • Commission delay karna

  • Customer ko platform ke bahar deal karne bolna

👉 Aisi activities par:

  • Vendor account suspend ho sakta hai

  • Permanent ban bhi lag sakta hai

📦 Product Listing Quality Rules

• Product title clear aur honest hona chahiye
• Minimum 3 real product images upload karna compulsory hai
• Blurry / copied images allowed nahi hain
• Duplicate product listings allowed nahi hain
• Misleading description ya fake claims par product reject ho sakta hai

💸 Refund Rules (COD Orders)

• Vendor khud se COD refund approve nahi kar sakta
• Refund ya cancellation sirf Admin ke approval se hogi
• Customer ko direct refund promise karna allowed nahi hai
• Rule violation par payout hold ya account suspension ho sakta hai

🚚 Shipping Charges Rule

Order place hone ke baad shipping charges fixed maane jayenge.
Baad mein shipping cost badhne ka claim accept nahi hoga.

🚫 Fake / Self Orders (Strictly Prohibited)

• Vendor khud apne product par order place nahi kar sakta
• Family / friends se fake COD order karwana allowed nahi hai
• Aise orders fraud maane jayenge
• Payout hold ya vendor account suspend ho sakta hai

💰 Price & Shipping Lock Rule

• Order place hone ke baad product price, shipping ya total change nahi maana jayega
• Commission calculation sirf Admin ke order screen ke amount par hogi
• Product page ya baad ke edits valid nahi honge
• Shipping ya extra cost ka claim baad mein accept nahi kiya jayega

💸 Withdrawal Rules (Mandatory)

• Withdrawals sirf weekly basis par process honge
• Minimum withdrawal amount ₹1000 hai
• Isse kam amount ke requests reject ho sakte hain
• Admin ke decision ke bina payout nahi milega

🏪 Vendor Store Page Rules (Mandatory)

• Store name professional hona chahiye
• Store banner aur logo upload karna compulsory hai
• Store description minimum 3–4 lines honi chahiye
• Personal phone numbers / WhatsApp numbers store page par allowed nahi hain
• Platform policies ke against koi content allowed nahi hai

🔍 SEO & Content Quality

• Copied content allowed nahi hai
• Keyword stuffing allowed nahi hai
• Misleading claims par product ya store disable ho sakta hai

🔒 Admin Rights (Final Decision)

WowBazaar Admin ke paas right hai:

  • Vendor ko approve / suspend karne ka

  • Product ko approve / reject karne ka

  • Withdrawal approve / reject karne ka

👉 Admin ka decision final hoga

✅ Agreement Confirmation

Vendor registration ka matlab hai:

  • Aapne upar diye gaye saare rules samajh liye

  • Aap in rules ko follow karne ke liye agree karte ho

  • Policy violation par action liya ja sakta hai

📦 COD Delivery Proof (Mandatory)

COD order ko “Completed” mark karne se pehle vendor ko delivery proof ready rakhna hoga (photo / courier confirmation / customer message).

Admin kabhi bhi proof maang sakta hai.
Proof na hone par payout delay ya reject ho sakta hai.

“Agar aapko ye rules acceptable nahi hain, toh aap WowBazaar par selling continue nahi kar sakte.”

By registering, you agree to Vendor Terms including COD rules.

✅ Vendor Confirmation

Vendor registration and account approval is considered confirmation that you have read, understood, and agreed to:
• Vendor Terms & Seller Guidelines
• COD & commission rules
• Admin-controlled withdrawals

If these rules are not acceptable, you must not sell on WowBazaar.
