Refund & Return Policy – WowBazaar

  1. Vendor-Based Policy
    Refunds and returns are managed by individual vendors. Each vendor may have their own return policy.
  2. Eligible Returns
    Products may be eligible for return if:
  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect item delivered
  1. Refund Process
    Once a return is approved by the vendor, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  2. Non-Returnable Items
    Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or regulatory reasons.
  3. Disputes
    In case of disputes, WowBazaar may assist in resolution but the final responsibility lies with the vendor.

Return & Replacement Timeline

Customers must raise a return or replacement request within 48 hours of delivery.

All return requests are subject to verification and approval.

Approved returns must be sent to the address provided by WowBazaar or the respective fulfillment partner.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
