- Platform Role
WowBazaar is a multi-vendor marketplace that connects buyers and independent sellers. We do not own or stock products listed by vendors. - User Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information and use the platform lawfully. - Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors are responsible for:
- Product quality and accuracy
- Pricing and stock
- Shipping and delivery
- Legal compliance
- Orders & Payments
All orders are processed through our platform. Payments are handled via approved payment methods. - Commission
WowBazaar charges a commission on each successful order as per the agreed rate. - Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend accounts for policy violations. - Changes to Terms
Terms may be updated without prior notice. - Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Product Availability & Order Confirmation
WowBazaar operates on a dynamic inventory model.
In rare cases, a product may become unavailable after an order is placed due to high demand or supplier constraints.
In such situations:
- The customer will be informed before dispatch
- Any alternative product will be suggested only with the customer’s explicit consent
- If the customer does not agree, the order will be cancelled without obligation
Payment Method
Currently, WowBazaar accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) only.
Customers are required to make payment at the time of delivery after receiving the product.
No advance or online payments are collected at this stage.
Order Fulfillment
Products listed on WowBazaar are fulfilled by authorized sellers or supplier partners.
Shipping and delivery are handled by the respective fulfillment partner or logistics provider.
WowBazaar does not operate as a warehouse or logistics company.
Customer Communication
WowBazaar or its authorized representatives may contact customers regarding order confirmation, availability, or delivery-related matters.
No unrelated or promotional communication will be initiated without consent.
Legal Entity & Payments
WowBazaar is a brand operated by SnapEarner, an Indian proprietorship.
All payments made on this website are processed and received by SnapEarner.
Invoices, refunds, cancellations, and compliance obligations
are governed by SnapEarner as the operating entity.
By placing an order on WowBazaar, customers acknowledge that
SnapEarner is the seller of record for all transactions
where payments are made through this platform.
